Battalion staff

Battalion Staff is Commanded by the Battalion Commander (Cadet Lieutenant Colonel), as they oversee all Battalion Formations but in the absence of the Commander the Battalion Executive Officer oversees the Staff and Battalion.

Battalion Executive Officer oversees the Staff S1-5 and their Assistants, while also overseeing the Battalion Cadets and stepping in when the Battalion Commander is absent or away.

The Battalion Command Sergeant Major is not required to be apart of the Staff but is at the discretion of the Cadet. The CSM is the 3rd in Charge of the Battalion on the Command Scale while overseeing the Color and Honor Guard Team. A Command Sergeant Major Ranked E-9 is the most Senior Enlisted Cadet and is the Advisor to the Battalion Commander.

The Battalion S-1 oversees all personnel records for the Cadets including the annual enrollment numbers and active enrolled cadets.

The Battalion S-2 is the Primary Security Officer of the Battalion they oversee all Security for events as well as Command the Rifle Team.

The Battalion S-3 oversees all Operations and Training (OPORDS) while also being placed as the 3rd Highest Ranking Officer within the Battalion, if the Command Shifts up and the Executive Officer is removed/resigned/promoted the S-3 steps into the empty position as they are the most qualified cadet.

The Battalion S-4 oversees all Supply and Logistics within the Battalion, whether it is uniforms or uniform accessories the S-4 keeps records of it all.

The Battalion S-5 oversees all Special Projects including, Military Ball, Christmas Party, Award Ceremony (Coordination with S-1), and other key events.

The Battalion Staff Assistants do not oversee an individual department as much as they assist the Staff Officer they are assigned to with their day to day operations and can step into their position in their absence. (AS-1-5)
